To provide maximum comfort during your training, the gym has a powerful ventilation and air conditioning system, 32″ monitors in front of each treadmill with individual headphones, and a sound system that provides crystal clear sound and pleasant music while you exercise.
Cosmo Gym features a complete access control system, attractive and convenient locker rooms with designer furnishings, and the option to rent a personal locker. Cardholders can easily make electronic payments using our customized operating system.

GYM MEMBERSHIP
For the first time in Ruse, fitness enthusiasts and geeks will be able to not only exercise, but also become a part of a much larger concept by joining the COSMO GYM club, which promotes fitness, healthy eating, and mind-body care as a way of life. To join the club, you must acquire a gym membership for one month, three months, six months, or a year.
With the exception of the normal membership, the others provide a reduction on the monthly gym charge, while you are issued a silver, gold, or VIP card depending on the length of the subscription.

The gym’s protein bar offers healthy and energy drinks – juices, smoothies, as well as basic supplements – proteins, amino acids and nitrates.
For all clients of the gym, we offer the preparation of individual diets with a professional nutritionist and a specialized healthy menu.
