RULES FOR ACCOMMODATION, STAY AND LEAVING OF THE HOTEL ROOMS
Check-in and check-out hours:
– Check-in: after 2:00 p.m.
– Check-out of the rooms: until 12:00 p.m.
– Children up to 0-6 (six) years stay free of charge.
– Children aged 6-12 (twelve) pay 50% of the adult package for the relevant period.
– Children over 12 years old pay the full 100 (one hundred) % package for an adult.
– For two children from 6 to 12 years old, only one package is paid 50% of the adult price, and the other package is free.
Check-in at the hotel takes place through the presentation of personal documents certifying the identity of the guests.
The data provided by you are protected in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the normative acts regulating the protection of information and are processed only in connection with the implementation of the established requirements of the Tourism Act. This information will be used only and solely in connection with the reservations made and will not be provided for other purposes.

A reservation should contain the following information: the name and surname of the guest, his nationality, exact dates of arrival and departure, telephone, e-mail for feedback, room type, number of rooms, number of guests.
You will receive a confirmation of the reservation made to the e-mail specified by you. It will describe the type and number of rooms booked, the date of check-in and check-out of the hotel, the number of adults and children specified in the booking request, as well as the amount due. Once you have received the confirmation, please read your booking information carefully and contact us in case any correction is needed.
The hotel requires 100 (one hundred) % of the reservation value as a guarantee deposit.
Once we receive the security deposit amount, your reservation will be considered valid and finally GUARANTEED.
If payment is not made within 3 days, the hotel reserves the right to cancel a reservation.
When a customer makes a reservation at the Cosmopolitan Hotel, it is considered that he has familiarized himself with the present general terms and conditions and agrees with them.
Reservations accepted by phone, e-mail or through our website are considered to be an emerging contractual relationship.
The completed payment is considered as full acceptance of these general terms and conditions for staying at our hotel.
CONDITIONS FOR CANCELLATION OF RESERVATIONS
If you wish to cancel a reservation made by you, this can be done in one of the following ways:

Within a period of up to 14 (fourteen) days before the date of accommodation, the client does not owe a penalty and the deposit is refunded.
In case of cancellation less than 14 (fourteen) days before the date of check-in or in case of no-arrival on the day of check-in, the customer owes a penalty equal to the amount paid as a guarantee deposit, and the reservation will be considered cancelled.
Hotel Cosmopolitan reserves the right to cancel a confirmed and paid reservation in case of force majeure and other reasons beyond the control of the hotelier. In these cases, the hotelier:
– Offers accommodation for another period, while maintaining the same conditions and prices.
– Refunds the deposit paid by the client within 30 (thirty) working days to a bank account, counted from the date of receipt of a written request for this from the tourist, without paying any
stand of the same (the refund is sent to the same card with which the payment was made)
REFUNDS
Refunds to customers are made in the following ways and terms:
– If the payment was made by bank transfer from a member country of the European Union, the period is 14 days for refunding the amount, otherwise “Hotel Cosmopolitan Ad”
CANNOT guarantee refund time.
– If the payment is made with a Virtual or Local POS Terminal, the term is up to 14 working days
RESERVATION CHANGE
If you wish to change your booking after you have received confirmation, we will do our best to help you.
If it is necessary to return an amount paid by card
Refunds will only be made to the card used to pay for the reservation.

ACCOMMODATION PRICES IN THE COSMOPOLITAN HOTEL INCLUDE:
* single, double and/or additional accommodation in a room chosen by the client on a BB basis – accommodation and breakfast.
* free use of indoor pool in the spa center of the Cosmopolitan hotel
* free use of the Cosmo Gym fitness center at the Cosmopolitan Hotel
* free use of the complex’s Wi-Fi internet network
* tourist tax, tourist insurance and 9% VAT.
Check-in: after 2:00 p.m.
Release: until 11:00 a.m.
Early check-in and late check-out: possible upon further confirmation.
Breakfast:
Monday – Friday: from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m
On weekends and national holidays: from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m
The hours and possible conditions of the provision of breakfast may be changed, about which the guests will be informed in advance.
The price is in Bulgarian leva and includes:

VIDEO SURVEILLANCE
Hotel “Cosmopolitan” is equipped with a permanent video surveillance system in the common areas. From check-in to the hotel until check-out, each guest grants the right to be photographed, videotaped or photographed without payment or remuneration. By using the hotel’s services, you agree to video surveillance and compliance with internal security rules.
PUBLIC ORDER POLICY IN HOTEL “COSMOPOLITAN AD”
The hotel administration may terminate the provision of services to those guests who violate the rules, do not comply with the hotel’s policy, in the case of refusal to cooperate, in the event of actions endangering the health of other guests or staff of the complex, the property or behavior that violates good morals, after payment of applicable damage charges.
In case of default, the Management has the right to remove the guest’s luggage and belongings from the room occupied by him. If the situation escalates and the guest does not follow this policy, the hotel will call the police.
SMOKING POLICY
The entire hotel building, including rooms and apartments, is non-smoking.
The smoking area in the hotel is only in our summer garden.
We appreciate your cooperation with our smoking policy.
PET POLICY
Our pet policy does not allow pets in the public areas, restaurants, bars, Spa and Wellness Center and conference rooms. Walking through public areas with pets is only permitted when entering and exiting your hotel room. If you wish to arrive with a pet, you must notify the hotel at least 24 hours prior to your arrival. There is an additional charge of BGN 50 per day for a pet. Pets must be accompanied by a guest and always kept on a leash or in a bag/carrier. Please note that we only accept small to medium breed pets
and (up to 10 kg).
BAGGAGE STORAGE POLICY
Subject to occupancy, the guest may store their luggage at their own risk for loss or damage for any reason in the luggage room. Baggage cannot be stored for more than 30 days. The hotel reserves the right to refuse storage. Luggage storage is only permitted for items belonging to guests arriving at the hotel with a confirmed reservation or who have had a reservation and left their room.
Luggage or guest items from other commercial establishments are not permitted to be stored in the luggage storage room.
PROPERTY DAMAGE POLICY
The guest will be responsible for any loss or damage to hotel property caused by themselves, their guests or any person for whom they are responsible. Damage found after leaving the rooms – rooms found littered, in complete disarray and/or “ruined” will be subject to a BGN 200 deep cleaning fee and/or third party fees if applicable.
RIGHT TO REFUSE ACCESS TO SERVICES POLICY
Hotel Cosmopolitan AD is privately managed. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason(s) and this does not violate the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. The hotel has a zero tolerance policy where we will refuse service or accommodation at our hotel or may remove a person who refuses to comply with reasonable standards and policies established by the Republic of Bulgaria and hotel management. The hotel will refuse service or evict a guest: for refusing or non-payment of accommodation, who is under the influence of alcohol, drugs or other intoxicating substance and acts in a manner that disturbs the peace of other guests or does not comply with state liquor laws; cannot properly supervise their children at all times, seek to use the hotel for illegal purposes; sought to bring into the hotel: an illegally possessed firearm; or anything, including an explosive or dangerous or toxic substance, which is illegal to possess and which may be dangerous to other persons; destroys, damages, defiles or threatens to damage hotel property or guests; causes or permits persons to exceed the maximum allowable room occupancy, refuses to adhere to reasonable standards or policies established by hotel management.
POLICY ON DISEASES AND EPIDEMICS
The hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation to a guest who has arrived with a communicable disease. In case of illness during the stay, please inform the reception staff. In case of serious illness, you may be asked to get appropriate medical attention from a nearby health facility. During outbreaks, we have the right to implement precautionary measures at our discretion or as required by local authorities. We may charge you a room cleaning fee as we deem appropriate in the circumstances.
